Welcome to the Upstate Running Club gear store. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Products

All items are printed to order through third-party print-on-demand partners. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen mockups due to monitor settings and the printing process. Mockup images are for illustration; placement and size of artwork may differ slightly on the finished product.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. Member discount codes are intended for current Upstate Running Club members and may be revoked if misused.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable from our print partner or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

The Upstate Running Club name, hare logo, badge, and all artwork on this site are the property of Upstate Running Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upstate Running Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this store. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
