Refund & Return Policy

Every Upstate Running Club item is printed to order just for you, so we don't carry inventory and can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size. Please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email info@upstateraceseries.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No need to ship anything back.
