Shipping Policy

All Upstate Running Club gear is printed and shipped on demand by our print partners, so nothing sits in a warehouse and every item is made fresh for you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are typically produced in 2–5 business days before they ship. Orders with multiple item types (for example a tee and a mug) may ship in separate packages from different facilities, each with its own tracking number.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive 3–8 business days after they ship.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as each package leaves the facility.

Address changes

Because production starts quickly, please email info@upstateraceseries.com right away if you need to correct a shipping address. We can't change an address once an order has shipped, and we aren't able to replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
